The tokenization infrastructure company Securitize's subsidiary, Securitize Capital, has completed its investment advisor registration with the U.S. SEC. Previously, Securitize held multiple regulatory licenses, including broker-dealer, alternative trading system (ATS), transfer agent, and fund administration. This new registration further enriches its compliance business framework. The new license will provide broader foundations for serving more asset management firms and institutional investors exploring on-chain investment strategies. Currently, the company has established partnerships with asset management firms such as BlackRock, Apollo, KKR, and VanEck, and is responsible for issuing the BlackRock BUIDL tokenized money market fund, while also collaborating with the New York Stock Exchange to build tokenized securities trading infrastructure.
