Cardano's on-chain data has been integrated with Dune Analytics, allowing users to view ADA transactions, staking, and governance flows on an external dashboard. Dune announced on its official blog on April 2, 2026, that it would support Cardano data, covering transactions, staking, smart contract usage, and ecosystem growth data. Governance data for Cardano includes the gov_action_proposal, gov_action_vote, and gov_action_proposal_status tables. This integration focuses on enhancing governance accessibility, with Cardano establishing a structure through the Voltaire system and CIP-1694 that allows ADA holders, stake pool operators, and the constitutional committee to participate in governance proposals. Researchers and developers can analyze proposal flows and voting statistics without separate infrastructure, tracking governance participation and proposal outcomes. The Cardano Foundation described the scope of on-chain data provided by Dune in its monthly update in May 2026, covering transactions, staking, smart contracts, governance, stablecoins, and DeFi activities. As of the 13th, Dune's Cardano page displayed 19 dashboards, 38 creators, and 413 stars, with weekly transactions totaling 122,170 and 29,350 active addresses, while the TVL was reported at $67.9 million. This Dune integration allows for the external analysis of Cardano's on-chain activities.
