National Cybersecurity Standardization Committee Releases AI Security Governance Framework 3.0

The National Cybersecurity Standardization Technical Committee has released the "AI Security Governance Framework 3.0". This framework aims to address new trends in the development of artificial intelligence and new challenges in security governance. Guided by the National Internet Information Office, the framework was organized by the Cybersecurity Standardization Committee in collaboration with relevant professional institutions, research institutes, and industry enterprises. The framework adheres to a people-centered and benevolent approach, strengthens risk awareness, ensures safety and controllability, continues the core logic of "risk classification, technical response, and comprehensive governance," updates risk classifications, optimizes technical responses and comprehensive governance measures, enhances consensus on AI security governance and risk prevention capabilities, and ensures that AI technology benefits humanity.
