Hyperscale Acquires 18.594 Bitcoin, Total Holdings Reach 1106 BTC

Prefer us on GoogleHyperscale Data, Inc. has purchased an additional 18.594 Bitcoin, increasing its total holdings to 1,106 BTC, valued at 69700000 dollars at current prices. The company, listed on the NYSE under the ticker GPUS, saw its shares drop nearly 4% on Tuesday morning. Executive chairman Milton 'Todd' Ault III stated that each Bitcoin acquisition enhances Hyperscale's balance sheet and financial flexibility, allowing for growth financing and strategic opportunities. The Bitcoin holdings are distributed among its subsidiaries, Sentinum, Inc. and Ault Capital Group, Inc. Hyperscale aims to establish a 100 million dollar digital asset treasury and achieve parity between its Bitcoin holdings and market capitalization. The company is following the example of Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy, in using excess cash to invest in Bitcoin. Hyperscale's situation is notable as its Bitcoin holdings now surpass its entire market cap, a rarity in the market.
