What is WEEX VIP?

The WEEX VIP program is a tiered benefits system that evaluates a user’s overall contribution based on Futures and spot trading activity, effective WXT holdings, and asset stability. Meeting any single threshold will upgrade you to the corresponding level, granting multiple premium privileges such as trading fee discounts, higher withdrawal limits, priority customer support, and preferential access to event and ecosystem resources.

New Spot Trading Fee Discounts: As a VIP user, you will enjoy lower spot trading fees, helping you save on transaction costs.
14-Day Downgrade Protection: When you no longer meet any VIP level requirements, you will enter a 14-day VIP status protection period. During this time, you can continue to enjoy all VIP benefits, including fee discounts. After the protection period ends, your VIP level will be determined based on your current data.

Q1. How often is my VIP level updated and when do new benefits take effect?

Your VIP level is automatically recalculated daily at 18:00 (UTC). Once your level changes, the new VIP benefits take effect immediately.

Q2. How is my VIP level determined?

We evaluate your VIP level using four independent metrics: futures trading volume (USDT), spot trading volume (USDT), WXT token holdings (24h), and asset balance (USDT). You receive the benefits of the highest VIP tier qualified by any single metric.
