[Quantoz USDQ (USDQ) Introduction]

The Quantoz USDQ is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar. It is issued by Quantoz Payments BV, a licensed Electronic Money Institution under the supervision of the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). Designed to be MiCAR compliant, USDQ offers secure, regulated digital value transfer. Its whitepaper as an Electronic Money Token (EMT) has been submitted to the Dutch Financial Markets Authority (AFM).
