Vegetable and Fruit Freezing Plant Seeking Investor
In the Cherkasy region, a production and refrigeration complex with a freezing capacity of up to 30,000 tons per year and refrigerators for 5,000 tons is up for sale. The price of the facility is $4,500,000, with total investment in fixed assets estimated at €12,000,000. The plant is equipped with a production line capable of processing up to 10 tons per hour and specializes in freezing green peas, sweet corn, cauliflower, broccoli, and onions. Services for freezing third-party raw materials and producing private label products are also available. Finished products are stored at temperatures not exceeding -18 °C. The equipment includes two Unidex quick-freezing tunnels and Grasso compressors. The infrastructure consists of a laboratory, weighing station, compressor shop, and storage facilities. Power supply is provided through a dedicated transformer substation with a capacity of 2.1 MW. A new gas boiler house was commissioned in 2025 with investments of around $500,000. In the 2024/2025 financial year, revenue amounted to approximately 124,000,000 UAH, with current capacity utilization at 20-25%. The products are supplied to B2B clients and have ISO and Halal certifications.
