The SEC Concludes 4-Year Investigation into the Aave Protocol
BlockBeats News, December 17th, Aave founder and CEO Stani.eth announced on social media that after four years, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has completed its investigation of the Aave protocol.
To protect Aave, its ecosystem, and the broader DeFi space, this process required a significant effort and allocation of resources from the team and the founder. In recent years, DeFi has faced unfair regulatory pressure. Aave is pleased to have shed these shackles and entered a new era where developers can truly build the future of finance.
