Polymarket US Begins Testing Parlay Contracts
Prefer us on GooglePolymarket US has started processing parlay contracts that bundle multiple sports outcomes in a beta mode exclusively for API use. This product is not exposed to consumer apps and operates with separate Exchange API for institutional users and Retail API for app users. The Exchange API targets direct market access participants and independent software vendors, while the Retail API is described as a self-service structure based on an iOS app. According to records from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), there is a submission under QCEX titled 'Fractional Contract Trading incorporated into Rulebook', with a submission date of May 19, 2026. Polymarket US's sports FAQ distinguishes between winner, spread, total points, futures, qualifying, and player record contracts, with settlements processed through official governing body data and major data sources. Industry analysis firm Next Event Horizon reported that Polymarket US refers to this type as 'Combinatoric Athletic Outcome Contracts'. Competitor Calsh has reported that the taker fees related to parlays amount to $25 million. Currently confirmed are the separation of API pathways and the sports contract settlement system.
