Oura Files for U.S. IPO, Plans to List on Nasdaq

The smart ring manufacturer Oura has submitted its IPO application in the United States. The documents reveal that for the nine months ending June 30, it generated $1.21 billion in revenue, with a net loss attributable to shareholders of $924 million. Oura sold approximately 3.6 million rings over the past year, with the Oura Ring 5 retailing starting at $399 and over 5 million paid members. Oura secretly filed its IPO application in May, expecting to raise up to $3 billion, with a valuation exceeding $16 billion, and plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol OURA. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan are serving as underwriters. Oura announced an expansion of its board, bringing in executives from Netflix and Robinhood.
