Nansha, Guangzhou Launches International Data Port Pilot, Introduces Token Export Business Model
Nansha, Guangzhou has launched a national pilot for international cooperation in the data sector, establishing a four-in-one international data cooperation system to promote data collaboration among Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau. The "Data Processing Factory" and "Token Export" business models have been introduced to achieve "external data computation within China." A "Token Loan" has been launched, based on token output and computing power contracts as credit references. The Guangzhou Data Exchange has signed international data cooperation agreements with Xinhua Holdings, Singapore Yan De Group, and others. Diandong Digital Technology will invest over 4 billion yuan to build a WanPAI smart computing cluster in Nansha, planning for a computing power of 10,000P. The Nansha District People's Congress has enacted a decision on smart cities to provide legal support for the "International Data Port."
