Mainstream Perp DEX Overview: Trading volumes across platforms remain sluggish, all below $5 billion; Pacifica bucks the trend with a surge in trading volume
BlockBeats News, December 15th, according to DefiLlama data, the mainstream Perp DEX trading volume in the past 24 hours has experienced a significant decline, all falling below 5 billion USD, with Aster taking the lead in trading volume and Pacifica rising against the trend. At the same time, the changes in open interest for most platforms have been limited, with Hyperliquid seeing a slight increase in open interest. The current trading volume for some Perp DEXes is as follows:

Hyperliquid has a 24-hour trading volume of around 3.18 billion USD, a TVL of approximately 4.44 billion USD, and open interest of 7.33 billion USD;
EdgeX has a 24-hour trading volume of about 2.87 billion USD, a TVL of around 398 million USD, and open interest of 796 million USD;
ApeX has a 24-hour trading volume of approximately 2.43 billion USD, a TVL of about 46.47 million USD, and open interest of 87.94 million USD;
Variational has a 24-hour trading volume of around 1.2 billion USD, a TVL of about 66.18 million USD, and open interest of 384 million USD;
