Edid, SageRock, and ArtWise Sign MOU for Art Tokenization

Edid Financial signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on July 27 with SageRock Capital and ArtWise for strategic cooperation in the field of art tokenization and blockchain finance. The three companies plan to develop Hong Kong as an international hub for art collection and blockchain financial innovation. This collaboration will combine expertise in investment structure design, regulatory compliance financial services, and the art sector. SageRock Capital will focus on investment structure design and asset allocation, Edid Securities will leverage its capabilities in the Hong Kong capital market and regulatory compliance financial services, while ArtWise will provide expertise in art collection. The three companies aim to establish a development path for art asset tokenization by integrating blockchain technology and promote the combination of traditional finance and cryptocurrency. They will conduct research and development of art tokenization products under Hong Kong's mature virtual asset regulatory framework and strictly adhere to the regulatory compliance requirements set by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and relevant supervisory authorities. This collaboration focuses on enhancing ownership verification and transaction transparency of art assets through blockchain technology, and aims to establish a regulatory-compliant growth path for the Hong Kong art market and blockchain finance sector.
